TDP offer a range of tests including 16PF5, TalentQ-Dimensions, MSCEIT, (emotional intelligence testing), one of the most popular test is Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. ® Myers and her mother, Katharine Briggs, developed their model and inventory around the ideas and theories of psychologist Carl Jung, a contemporary of Sigmund Freud and a leading exponent of Gestalt personality theory. The test recognises our different styles and preferred styles of behaviour. The process explores or perceptive and judging traits, or dominant and less strong. Once you have completed the test one of our qualified psychometric practitioners will work with you to “walk through” the findings and future plan. The test can be used as part of the TDP Career Diagnostic Service or the Career Coaching Service or as standalone test.
