Mentoring has worked extremely successfully for hundreds of years; TDP operates a network of professional solutions. How it works
- All wishing to join the network must sign the Code of Conduct and Terms.

All Mentors must decide how much time they are able to commit and what expertise they would like to offer, strategic management, digital, international.

Mentees must identify the knowledge/skills gap they are looking to fill

Mentor/mentees will be either face to face, via telephone on online media.

The duration of a session or the length of the mentor/mentee relationship is not prescribed. However effective people are usually busy people.
Mentees pay an annual fee of £180 plus vat to be member of the network.
Associated events are charged separately.
