The Development Partnership (TDP) is one of the UK's leading professional training organisations. We provide coaching/mentoring and leadership/ management training up to Board level in both public and private sectors. We are proud to have been demonstrating our passion, quality and creativity for almost 20 years. TDP was first established in the UK in 1994 and opened its first office in the Middle East (UAE) in 2003 before expanding into Qatar in 2008.
We are a highly professional practice delivering tailored solutions to improve your organisation through developing and accrediting both the people and the business. Operating mainly through the UK and UAE, TDP has a long list of private sector and government clients throughout the Middle East and Europe.
The Development Partnership is ILM, EFQM and IiP approved, and is experienced in running assessment centres and implementing the associated improvement programmes in your organisation. In short, we are an organisation with a huge depth of experience in how businesses and most of all, how people in businesses work.
- We run ILM accredited Leadership and Management courses at Degree and Masters level, and offer several business improvement-focused ‘Endorsed Awards’ under the approval of the ILM.
- Through our international subsidiary, British School of Coaching (www.britishschoolofcoaching.com), we have developed and delivered accredited ILM coaching qualifications. We are proud of the highly practitioner focused programmes together with the balance of appropriate theory and underpinning knowledge. The key feature of the BSC ILM Level 3, 5 and 7 Coaching Programmes is supervision. This provides real time support, for both Coach and Coachee, the organisation and most importantly provides the quality assurance we believe is necessary for Coaches to be their most effective.
- TDP has been a Member of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) since 2005. We are approved as Endorsed Advisors for the EFQM Excellence Model and are a Registered Consultancy and Training Organisation.
- In the UK we have been an approved IiP training and assessment organisation since its inception and in liaison with IiP International we are working to explore how the IiP methodology could be adopted by businesses internationally in order that they can derive the same benefits as IiP recognised businesses in the UK
